Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to say congratulations to everyone that completed the January Challenge, and to let you know I havn't abandoned pulling the results together! I will hopefully get this done at the weekend.

We have been preparing to move premises this week into a new industrial estate not far from where we live thats also accessible for public.

I will update everyone in this weekend about the results of the challenge.

Great reply dawniesvan, that's really helpful. Lfc, I put a slice of lemon in water to make it more interesting, I don't see any reason why you can't have lemon, although it might be a bit much if you were to put it in every drink of water. I also have lemon in hot water. If you put ice in the water (if anyone's brave enough this weather) you'll burn a few more calories because your body has to work to heat up the ice to body temperature, not many calories though :)

I have recorded my weight (lost 2lbs this week - yay!) but haven't done my measurements yet. Will put them all up tonight!

Stayed the same this week which isn't the way I wanted to finish the challenge but at least it wasn't a gain. I am pleased with the inches I've lost over the last few weeks! Seeing those measurements has made me sure I'm going to carry this journey on after the challenge :)

Final weigh in for the Jan Challenge and managed to gain a pound, have to say, I'm surprised it isn't more! I have not been motivated at all this week and I still have not incorporated exercise into my weekly routine!! Sad that I gained that pound as I had hit a milestone last week, ah well, back to it next week.

Pleasantly surprised to see I have managed to lose 2lb this week. I had chip shop chips on Monday eve as I was home so late and have been cross with myself all week! Ah well, being extra careful for the rest of the week as obviously paid off :oD

On the advice of some friends I have upped my calories this week. I hadn't really given it a thought but I have really increased the amount of exercise I have been doing and not increased my calories at all so my net has been about 800 cals some days. I haven't lost as much or as quickly as I thought as I really haven't been cheating so I figured it would be worth a try. I snuck on the scales this morning and I'm 1lb down on monday so the scales are going the right way this week :)

I have stuck to healthy eating all week so i expected to ave lost more than a pound, i have been exercising more even went up to Roseberry Topping on Sunday and i didn't find it to hard so must be doing something right ; )
